Deck rebuild and new pergola

Prepared for a homeowner in Papamoa

Thanks for having me out on Tuesday. Here is what I would do to take out the old deck and put a louvre pergola over the north end, priced in three parts so you can see exactly where the money goes.

The existing framing is sound, so the cost is mostly in the new decking and the pergola itself. If you decide to leave the pergola for a later season, the first two lines stand on their own.

What is included

  • All materials, fixings and hardware
  • Disposal of the old decking and framing offcuts
  • Council consent paperwork for the pergola
  • Site left clean at the end of each day

Prices include GST.

50% deposit once you accept, balance on completion. Two to three weeks of work, and I would look to start the week of the 6th.
